Cancellation Policy:

Just a friendly reminder that at our office requires a minimum of 2 business days’ notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment, if that’s the case please contact us at (416)-783-0303, , or a fee of $75 might be charged to you. This fee can not be billed to your insurance company and will be your direct responsibility. We appreciate your understanding.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule it to make sure other patients and yourself receive dental care in a timely manner.
