Your First Visit

In just one visit you will realize why we have “patients for life”.

At your first appointment, your dentist will review your medical and dental history and then perform a comprehensive dental exam. This will include an exhaustive examination of your teeth, gums, soft tissues, jaw, bite and the required x-rays. Then, a customized dental treatment plan will be developed for you followed by a period to ask any questions you might have.

After this just relax and let our team take care of you!

Alternatively you can download it and fill it out at any time before you visit. E-mail it to us or print it out and bring it with you.

For your first visit, it is important to bring a list of any medications you are taking, if this applies to you.

Payment Policies

Alora Dental is a fee-for-service practice. Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. We also have payment plans available upon request.

We are pleased to complete the paperwork and submit the insurance claims for reimbursement on your behalf. The insurance company will reimburse you directly. So, don’t forget to bring your dental insurance card, if you have one.
